Crowne Plaza NEC

Fantastic stay ,my wife and I stayed for two nights .everything about this hotel is great staff. rooms.food locality ten min walk to Birmingham international station sixteen mins to New st station .our room overlooking the lake ,great .everything about this hotel is very good.

Lovely stay for two nights. Wife attending wheelchair pickleball at NEC. Great service, friendly staff and very relaxing. The bar area is superb and the staff serving could not do enough to cater for us. Food was good. Location good.

Stayed here before an early morning flight. Check in was slow, however, no real issues. Bedroom was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed and large smart TV. Extras such as kit kat biscuit and hit chocolate was nice. Room service was slow however. I had a burger which was rather tasteless. The chocolate brownie tasted as if it was microwaved and a bit burnt. I probably would order again, however, I would stay here again.
