Dirty hotel, crazy door slamming rooms that keep you up, poor AC, horrible dirty spa and pool area, and dreadful food. Friendly service, felt sorry for the staff.

This is a terrible hotel . I don't know why it's even classified as a four star to be honest . The room was dated and the breakfast area is terrible. The service at breakfast was alright al though we had an incident one morning when a well dressed woman went completely crazy and started smashing plated , smashing a bottle of wine and then ordering the men in the breakfast restaurant to leave while hurling obscenities at everyone and no one at the hotel did anything . Police were called and they diffused the situation . I don't know what kind of establishment this is but it shouldn't be a Hyatt. One morning housekeeping decided to leave a huge garbage bag inside my bedroom and the corridor is littered with room service trays and pizza boxes . Just a terrible place to spend your time.

front desk have no clue about members they just check in anything u ask them they ask each other I really dont undserstand the people working there worse stay ever
