Had afternoon tea Served by two members of staff. Excellent service with lovely manner The lady who brought food and drink to the table was excellent server with lovely smile and great explanation of all the products in the afternoon set. Nothing was too much trouble. Very warm and welcoming A very valuable member of your team

Lovely afternoon tea with friends. We’ve been here a few times now, and keep coming back as it’s such a lovely outing. The hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere, and the service is very good. The food is well presented and tastes delicious

What great customer service! I am a very fussy diner, however they were really helpful and provided alternatives sandwiches for me! And loads of tea, with regular check-ins! A lovely afternoon tea
