What truly amazing place this is the team are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is to much hasstle my partner has some complex medial needs and they are so helpful and accommodating the quality of the room is outstanding clean and welcoming the breakfast is so good recommend the danish pastries. Thank god this brand is expanding across the UK as will be using more and more could not recommend enough

Quiet hotel, clean, very good location and very pleasant staff. The mattress was not good.

Room was very warm which was to be expected in a heatwave. Aircon was put on full from 17.30. When i returned to the room at 20.45 the room was still at 26 degrees. The fans were set at 18 but had no effect. The bathroom then started to smell of sewage. What sleep i did have was very uncomfortable due to the room not climatising with the fan on all night. I checked out early in the morning as it was unbearable. Upon checking it became apparent that fans were available, but this was not disclosed when booking in. Although i assume this is a budget B&B, with the heatwave, water in the room as complimemtary would have been a nice gesture. Other than that the hotel itself and rooms were clean and a lovely smell in the reception area and hallways. Breakfast was ok, again not advised where this was when checking in, we had to follow the signs. Wouldnt be my first choice to stay again, but definately hasnt been the worse stay, but feel as a company, adjustments can be made.
