Well paid for this hotel for a night's stay through booking. Com only to get here and its all boarded up!! Contacted booking. Com waiting and waiting and wait ING for them to resolve this. Been sat crying as we have been tra elling for over 5 hours. This is a joke!!

Unbelievably bad. An absolute disaster. Sleep in your car. Or in the gutter. Wake up in zoo, like that bloke in american werewolf in london. But never, ever stay here. Unless you are a Coventry crack head, in which case, come on over, it's great. As for a wedding venue? I'd rather not get married.

This place is a shambles from start to finish. We held an event at the hotel and the communication from the management there is despicable. They really have no care for you or your guests and will do anything to get your money, They were threatening us on the morning of our event even when we agreed terms way in advance adding stress to what should have been a very special day. The actual venue is disgusting and we were made a lot of promises - none of which came to fruition and like others, failed to let us know they hadn't renewed their venue licence because they FAILED Health and Safety checks so we couldn't get married there. Thank god the Registrar let us know otherwise they probably would never have told us - turns out they did this to everyone. No compensation offered and no remorse from them either. I can only echo the other reviews of this hotel and registar suggest anyone even thinking about staying here or holding an event here to AVOID. They are thieves and ruined what should have been the happiest day of our lives. Ravi and Suneel - you should be ashamed of yourselves!
