We booked afternoon tea with dietrie requirments, but these were not catered for.

Following difficulties with a booking for a different establishment, Marilyn, Sophie and Leyla pulled out all the stops with the incredible kitchen staff to ensure the 18th birthday celebration for overseas guests and a terminally ill relative could take place. Staff were attentive throughout making everyone feel comfortable, even providing a fan to support with the extreme temperatures. The food was delicious and well presented to fit with the requirements of the celebrations. Dietary requirements were considered and accommodated even at this very short notice. A lovely afternoon was had by all and I am hugely grateful for the kindness, flexibility and efficiency of the team to ensure this celebration went ahead.

Overall very good meal to an acceptable standard. Service could have been better and quicker was the only negative. Considering everything, I would recommend a visit.
