Next-level hospitality for our team stay!We stayed here last night for a work event with a group of five, and every single one of us left incredibly happy. The rooms were amazing, but the hospitality was truly next level. We were looked after flawlessly from start to finish.A massive thank you to James, who greeted us warmly on arrival and continuously checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you also to Holly at reception and Betty for their wonderful care. Dinner at the Horatio restaurant was exceptional, with a special shoutout to Riean for looking after our group so well. We booked this through Secret Escapes; so we got an excellent deal. This was our second visit to the hall and we stayed in a heritage room in the main building. The communal areas of the hotel have been redecorated/refurbished in a very tasteful manner. Our bedroom had plenty of storage and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was a bit dated, but I know there are plans to gradually update these; however it was all very clean. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the place has a really nice ambience. Although it's not far from the motorway; the garden is really tranquil and a lovely space to relax. Previously we had dinner in the restaurant, which was very good. This trip we just had breakfast, which a gain was of a good standard with quality produce and a range of options. I felt they offered really good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it.

I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a meal this good. Everything was exceptional, from the crab starter to my lamb main, my wife’s beautiful halibut and then the desserts, which somehow tasted even better than they looked. Very rarely do you get three courses that are all at exactly the same incredible standard, but Swinfen absolutely managed it. The restaurant itself is stunning. Beautifully decorated without feeling over the top, and the whole atmosphere just feels relaxed and special at the same time. The service was exquisite throughout and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was, quite simply, beyond Michelin star quality in my opinion. Every plate was full of flavour, beautifully presented and just a joy to eat. We left talking about every single course, which doesn’t happen very often. I really can’t speak highly enough of this place. If you’re staying at Ansty Hall, or even if you’re not, it’s worth making the trip just to eat here. We’ll definately be back.
