Very nice spacious rooms, peaceful environment and wonderful staff.

Stayed here from Friday to Monday, emailed the hotel a few days before and asked for a walk in shower and they were helpful and accommodating, had a medical emergency on one of the nights and the staff on duty at night were fantastic and helpful and put me at ease. Room was lovely and not too hot, pool was lovely and helped me relax after returning back from hospital. The bed was super comfy and all round great trip. Always come back to this hotel have been back 3 or 4 times

Absolutely amazing stay. Upgraded to a canal view room. The rooms are some of the largest we have stayed in The hotel seems to get marked down for being outdated but personally we think thats part of its charm. Theres so many ultra modern buildings available now it was so refreshing to stay at a property that wasn’t the usual white/grey/ pop of colour that are so readily available. We ate at the restaurant on Friday and the meal was delicious and the service exceptional. It was a stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were treated to extras from the kitchen and waiting staff. Although it was a really warm weekend there was a fan in the room and the room was comfortable to sleep in without AC. We used the spa facilities which were much appreciated after a busy, hot day. Check in and out was a breeze and again the staff were lovely, the staff really do go and above and beyond. Overall its been a 5 star experience on all counts and we are already planning another stay in September for a birthday treat
