Village Birmingham Walsall - Hotel & Leisure Club

Hmmmm facilities are good but general running of the hotel and cleanliness is a bit of a let down. Booked a family double double as travelling from scotland to Cornwall and stopped half way. Room we got was a family room but only had 1 double and a Zed bed which was ridiculously uncomfortable. Room was roasting- no fan or air con, toilet was dirty on arrival with pee dribbles all over the pan? (cleaner took about 5 mins folding the toilet paper into a lovely triangle how could they not have spent that time giving the toilet a quick clean instead? 🤣🙈) Staff were friendly and facilities are great just the overall running of it a bit manic. Fire alarm went off twice in the 12 hours we were actually in the hotel. Cheap and cheerful though so I guess you get what you pay for. Also didn’t have to pay for parking or the £5 pool use charge- possibly to make up for the duff room we were given?

We come here every year for a Sot fest community event and it gets better every year but this time we have got to give a special mention to Maisie, Liam and Manny for the excellent customer service and creating an awesome atmosphere

I really enjoy coming to this gym. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There is an excellent range of equipment to suit all types of workouts, and the pool, sauna and steam room are a lovely bonus for relaxing afterwards. A special mention has to go to Jordan and the aqua classes, which are absolutely amazing. The classes provide a fantastic workout while still being fun and enjoyable. Jordan is approachable, warm and encouraging, making everyone feel comfortable and motivated regardless of their fitness level.
