Really tired looking hotel, the rooms are in need of an upgrade! The restaurant was awful, dirty glasses, really basic food, does not live up to how it looks/sounds on the menu. The premier inn Menus are becoming a thing now and they are really poor quality of food! The restaurant floor was awful, sticky & dirty and felt like i needed to shower after i had been sitting in the restaurant. The staff were lovely and friendly, but the restaurant needs to close down!

Good location, however, that’s where it ends. Rooms outdated, poor decor, dirty bathroom and no air conditioning. We stayed in October and the room was 24°c. Reception staff not welcoming. Breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater was mixed. The actual food and young lady serving was lovely. However, the building and decor rates as utterly disgusting….sticky floors, sticky tables and worn out seats. Premier Inn should be ashamed! I will be writing direct to them.

Based on this experience we will now entirely avoid Premier Inn. It used to be an excellent mix of quality and price and this was neither
