Stayed 2 nights.Good value for money Room was good and clean. Food was fine. Breakfast was large and very good. Cannot agree with some reviews regarding staff as we found all members of staff that were on duty for our stay very friendly and went out of their way to make everything enjoyable We would stay her again if we are in this area

Very disappointing experience. A French waiter accused my co worker of stealing without any proof and did so loudly in front of other customers. Making such a serious accusation publicly was unnecessary, embarrassing and unprofessional. Lovely place, but the customer service needs improvement.

The duty manager was extremely rude. Spoilt what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Shall not be returning.
