Florence House Boutique Hotel and Restaurant

Lovely place. Lovely staff. Very down to earth. Breakfast and evening dinner Very good. Quite a basic place,, which I mean in a nice positive way, but if you need any extra items or services, the staff are very willing to obtain or arrange it for you. If I am in Portsmouth again I will stay here again.

Stayed for two nights in a standard double Very friendly staff Room clean and tidy Breakfast was very nice buffet style but you can order items from the kitchen including you choice of eggs which is a good idea because they are always fresh

We got a call 4 nights before our stay ( travelling with 2 small children) to say that they had double booked all the rooms and as such had nowhere for Us…. Very annoyed….not a good business model… I rarely leave a bad review but this just annoyed me.
