Can't help but feel this hotel has not quite lived up to our standards as much as in previous visits. Needs some TLC and a bit of renovating. Still a lovely surrounding, and we enjoyed the restaurant. Probably would not return.

I stayed with our 11yo son for 3 nights. It was a last minute change as we could not lnger stay with a relative. This hotel was amazing. We needed a bit of help with a few things and nothing was too much trouble.We stayed during the hot weather and the aircon was such a lifesaver. the roo was perfect, but what we will remeber is the kindness of all the staff. Thanks.

The hotel is beautiful. Dog friendly with water bowls and doggy treats. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would have given 5 stars , however we were disappointed with their restaurant, The Farmer, The Butcher, The Chef, who advised they could accomodate our plant based diet with fresh seasonal produce. It was limited, certainly not anything special and despite the fact that we gave the restaurant plenty of notice , the offerings were limited. The vegan breakfast was excellent , but we understand that this was a different chef.
