Inn Lodge Portsmouth

I-am amazed by this budget hotel! We paid 63£ for one night with breakfast ! We expected a very small basic room ! We got a big ,very comfy and very clean room! Also we had dinner at the pub and the prices are unbelievable, two dinners with one drink each 29£, you can’t get a take away for this money! The food was also goo! I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget!

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful, friendly and polite, and they were definitely the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was very disappointing. It was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom taps were broken, badly worn and covered in limescale. There were areas where the paint and wallpaper were peeling from the walls, and the carpet had visible stains. The furniture and general condition of the room also looked very old and neglected. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained and was not what we expected. The staff were lovely, but the condition of the accommodation really needs significant improvement and refurbishment.

Avoid at all costs! This was terrible. Bacon was practically pink. Sausage was pink on the inside. Wouldn’t go back again. I could still hear the bacon oinking!🤣 wallpaper off the wall,bedroom was dirty,ceiling practically falling off.
