Marriot Portsmouth Hotel

We were met by Ethan who was great and directed us to our table. Then Lara took our orders and saw to our needs. She was brilliant and dealt with us in a friendly but professional way. The service received and the ambiance of the dining room has convinced us to stay in the Marriott when we are in Portsmouth again.

Stayed end of July. No issues with room at all. Just a little bit on the pricey side.

Lovely staff on reception, kindly stored suitcase before check in. However wouldn't stay again. Bed is the most uncomfortable ive ever had, put us off every staying at a marriot again. Also no indication on booking that the window is an internal one looking down in to the testyrsnt below. No natural light and made me feel very uncomfortable knowing and slight opening in the blind anyone looking up could see in. Okay if your willing to have this and maybe offered cheaper but absolutely nothing about this on the booking. Over £41 for breakfast to so declined that
