Antoinette Hotel Wimbledon

Antoinette located on broadway, close to Wimbledon town area with all the shops nearby, and opposite to Polka theatre which is great for family with young kids. There are two buses right outside of the hotel taking you to the town centre, train station and Wimbledon village! Room was clean and spacious for the price. Bed was very comfortable! Aircon was great for the heatwaves! It would have been better if there was a mini fridge in the room because we have young kids who need fresh milk. All the staff were super friendly during our stay. However, I did have a small hiccup with one of the night shift managers, Sam. He stood his ground and wouldn’t let us use one of the dinning room tables for our take-away dinner given to the fact that this hotel has no room service nor dine-in options. That was our first night staying with Antoinette and we dined out most of the nights after that incident, which was not pleasant. We have young kids and really didn’t want to damage the hotel carpet. Other than that, it was an awesome stay! Valerie and Cherie were super accommodating and showed us all different types of rooms they had while we were still looking for a hotel to stay, which made a really good impression on us. All the staff were awesome to my kids during our time there. I would highly recommend this hotel to people who travel to Wimbledon.

The cooked breakfast is amazing and the staff are super friendly. Pro tip: spend a little extra and get one of the larger rooms. You can barely turn around in the smaller ones, but the larger rooms are great.
