Beaconsfield Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was small, dirty, and generally unpleasant. Our room had beg bugs. We had to leave the property during the early hours of the night once we discovered them and had to camp out in the nearby McDonald’s until the first tube and train of the day. The hotel is above a pub. The reception closes when the pub closes, so we couldn’t request a room change or request compensation for having to leave the property. We have tried to contact the property numerous times via booking.com (who unhelpfully couldn’t do anything as the hotel wouldn’t respond to them) and via the phone. No answer has ever been received and I can’t imagine you can ever get a response from them on any queries. Do not stay here. We couldn’t get our money back for this atrocious stay and were out of pocket after paying for earlier trains.

This little pub hotel is great for a night if you have to attend a concert at the Tottenham stadium. it is not far from the venue, it is cheap and clean enough to sleep a night. The toilet was mini and it could have been better but for the price we paid I would definitely spend a night there with my friend again!

We stayed at this hotel for one night after a concert we went to nearby. We weren't expecting much for the cheap price but when we arrived the room we were given was in a disgusting condition. We found several issues which significantly affected the stay, including: • A broken shower head in a dirty and disgusting shower. • A broken bathroom door lock (and bathroom door which didn't even shut!) • Dirty floors throughout the room. • Dust and dirt on multiple surfaces. • General grime and poor cleanliness throughout the room and bathroom. •Wall paper pealing • A damp towel provided on arrival. There was a serious lack of cleaning, maintenance, and quality control. The room was not presented in a condition that any paying guest should reasonably be expected to accept. With no one to complain to before we had to check out, we wrote an email to the hotel complaining and asking for any kind of compensation and also called the number provided but were completely ignored.
