We were arriving and taking a bus transfer out of Victoria Station, so we wanted a safe, comfortable, and attractive hotel that was nearby during our stay in London. We also did not want to splurge on a city hotel, as we would be traveling for a few weeks afterward. Luckily the Best Western Victoria Palace easily met all of our needs. We were able to easily walk back and forth from our hotel to the bus station with our luggage. We were assigned an annex room, which was a little small in a narrow building, and had only stairs, but because we were touring all day we did not mind. The hotel was neat and clean, the price was affordable, and all staff were very polite and helpful, especially the bell man who helped us with luggage during check in and check out. We were also able to enter our room before the official check-in time, which was a relief after a long international flight. London was undergoing a heat wave, and our air conditioning worked very well in the room! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but that was another good option available. We enjoyed our stay at the BW Victoria Palace, and would certainly consider staying there again if we are in that area of London.

The service was excellent, very friendly & helpful. They pulled out all the stops to go above & beyond for us. We arrived early after a long train ride to London so I would have understood if they had said we can't check in yet, however early check in was no problem & we were promptly led to our room in the annexe building. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet & thoughtfully had a fan as we're having an unusually hot summer. The room has all the amenities such as shampoo & shower gel, kettle, safe, iron, chair & desk. We slept so well here which is rare when I travel. We didn't have breakfast here as there is lots nearby so we found a local deli to eat at. It's around 10 minutes walk from Victoria station, perfect for a night at the theatre and an excellent starting point for seeing the sights such as Westminster & Buckingham Palace. We took a lovely walk from Trafalgar square through St James park to get back on afternoon. We checked out for a day of sightseeing & the hotel kindly held our bags for us safely with no charge. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, as I mentioned the staff's friendliness really impressed me at all touchpoints. Great job everyone ❤️

Everything about our stay here was brilliant. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, breakfast was delicious, including gluten free options. Room was small, but we didn’t need much more space. Facilities were perfect.
