I visit this lovely little hotel each year for a week, but this time it was simply not as good as previous stays. The rooms are still gorgeous, some of the staff remain courteous, but the welcoming service and kind hospitality have somehow gone. Breakfast was not a relaxing experience. I had to repeatedly request service. Reception staff barely acknowledged my presence (even though I was there every day and tried to engage them with a polite hello). On the other hand I wandered around to Ham Yard (another Firmdale Hotel) and they were very welcoming and keen to show me around! Next time I visit London I may need to swap over!

10 of us stayed and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Ben, Nicky, Ju -young, Eddie, Filipo, and entire team! We felt welcomed and cared for as though we are celebrities. None of us remember heads hitting pillows as beds too comfy and cozy. Perfectly situated near the theatre district and shopping and historical monuments and galleries.

My daughter and I recently were guests at The Covent Garden Hotel for Four nights. We had heard wonderful things about it and it exceeded our expectations. Worth noting are the lovely room, the stunning decor and the kindness and responsiveness of the front desk staff. The concierge went above and beyond to help us secure tickets to a sold out exhibition. I have traveled globally for over 50 years and stayed at many luxury properties and the overall experience my daughter and I had at The Covent Garden Hotel stands out as one of the best. I look forward to future stays there . Judy
