Not very clean, rooms very compact, more youth hostel feel, good location though however Wouldn’t stay again. Dubious stains on bed frames and generally very well used, fire alarm drill going off also causes mayhem while staying.

Stayed there a while ago for a two day training course in London. Check in time was supposed to be 2pm and when I arrived at 3:45pm the room wasn't ready and the staff told me it's wasn't their fault cause the cleaner didn't arrive, I simply said that isn't my problem and it was indeed your fault cause you cannot supply my room on the said time. She was rather aggressive and rude and insisted that wasn't their fault and I should be more understanding. I had an appointment so I had to take all my belongings to the tube instead of leaving them in the room. Their cleaner spoke no English at all and no way of the most basic communications. The breakfast was simply a few jar of biscuits and God knows how long they been there for, glad I didn't pay extra £5 per day for breakfast. The room is rather small and the wall was so thin, shared bathroom was a bit dirty. I do not recommend this place at all. Look else where.

I had a 24 hour layover, and very little money. Took the train to a station nearby and walked to this spot. The staff was helpful, there was food on site, but also an Aldi within walking distance. It was a bit of a pain that the lockers had to be paid repeatedly if you wanted to get to your stuff. But there was a big common area, and information on all local attractions, tours, and transportation. Was a great deal for a place to stay in London. No frills whatsoever tho, but wouldn't expect any for the price.
