These people are thieves. Too many times the same thing happens to be a mistake. If you eat in then your order will probably be fine but if you want a takeaway then they will definitely steal from you. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence. If you order a takeaway they will definitely leave something out of the order so I conclude that the staff are either brain dead or more likely operating a scam. Don't use this place. Either incompetent or out and out thieves.

As at the date of this review, this hotel is being used to house homeless people. I was a single man travelling for work, but wouldn't advise anyone of a sensitive nature or travelling with family to stay here. I had a dirty room with no windows - I didn't think that was permissible nowadays. Throughout the night doors banging and people talking loudly. The smell of cannabis permeated throughout the hotel. Outside my room there was a very disturbing, loud and constant electrical buzzing. Together with this, being in a basement room and given people getting away with smoking in the hotel, it felt like a real fire hazard. Staff actually quite friendly, but the whole experience really put me off the franchise.

Thanks for having me in your hotel so that I can rest and see my mother in Bromley. The entire staff were so amazing. When I expressed my fear of the homeless "milling" around, I was reassured and the philanthropist nature why they are here explained. Great job! The virus that causing global havoc must stop one day. Hope to stay with you again.
