Four Stars Hotel

Very small but clean room. Ideal for those who need to spend a few nights with only carry-on luggage (there is no space for anything else).

When I booked the room I though I was statying at the Provilion Hotel not the Four Stars Hotel 2 doors away, ven when I went in before hand to check booking nothing way said. Single room down a narrow set of stairs to the room. Old broken furniture, no power point near kettle , no milk , no heating , had to ask for a duvet as it was so cold. Only thing that ws good wa nice bathroom. Haave contact hotel many times since staying with no reply. Would not stay again and not recommend.

Terrible experience. Arrived at 4 pm, with almost no reception. The room looked like a prison. Dirty sheets, duvet and curtains. From the mattress you could even feel the springs. There was no hand soap at all (which we had to ask for at reception, otherwise we couldn't wash those either), not to mention shower soap. Room temperature at 30 degrees, it was impossible to breathe. Not to mention the smell of smoke you smell on the stairs. If you could give 0 stars I would. STRUCTURE ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID.
