Garden View Hotel

Good location, but bedbugs in the room ruined our stay. My child developed multiple bites and a severe allergic reaction, and we were forced to leave early. The hotel has completely ignored my refund request for the unused nights and does not respond to emails or phone calls. Extremely disappointing and irresponsible.

After two nights in the Hotel my arm looked like this. If you also want to have such an arm, book a room there. The management of the hotel ignored it and after a change of the room, they gave my old room to new guests without changing anything. Directly over my window and the the windows of the rooms next to our, we had a wesp-nest. So keep your windows shut and use the non-exisiting aircondition

I'm not sure why people put bad reviews on here from what they pay..its not the ritz but it was very clean with clean bed linen and towels..staff very friendly and a stones throw from the tube station. We had a lovely time and booking again for January ...if you want absolutele luxury then pay for it but it was perfect for the actual time we spent in the room...clean and comfy !
