Second time round that we have stayed with Rai Early start from nearby Horley railway station (03.48) train to St Pancras International We looked at staying in central London or using the car park at St. Pancras both options were stupidly astronomic so contacted Gatwick Turret who not only had a family room but were able to accommodate my car for 4 nights for approx £200 less than it would have cost me to park in central London I would fully recommend staying here if you do not want to be ripped off Room was as comfortable as ever and would not hesitate to stop here again gets full marrks from me

Hotel was nice and clean staff were pleasant. My only issue is when I booked online i asked for a ground floor room due to mobility issues I didn’t get a reply to that request . On the day of my stay I was given a room on the top floor of the house so I had to navigate multiple flights of stairs which was difficult enough but was made worse by only having handrail on one side of the stairs so with my disability both leg and arm I found this difficult, Had I known there wasn’t a room on ground floor prior to my visit I would of stayed elsewhere.
