Grantly Hotel

Shady hotel with customers of dubious taste. Small and dirty rooms. ABSOLUTELY AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL. At night we locked ourselves in our room and didn't sleep for fear of being robbed. Only 2 nights then we looked elsewhere. Be careful

If I could I’d have rated it zero. BEWARE:- Avoid this place!!! Cancelled our rooms the day before arrival. They sound very unprofessional and are probably going to take our money. They need to be CLOSED DOWN! Don’t become their next victim.

Do NOT book or trust this hotel-cancelled less than 24 hours before our arrival from Canada tomorrow morning, Insincere “apologies.. due to unforeseen circumstances”. We booked this months ago as our first stop of a three week celebratory student trip in Europe. Do yourself a favour and avoid last- minute panic. Hmmm, there is an FA Cup this weekend. They could probably charge a lot more for our rooms. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Avoid at all costs.
