Holiday Inn Express Gatwick - Crawley

Long journey to + Hugo moved me to a quieter room + sting for obscene service charge + no hot water! Return + noisy room and in spite of my IHG loyalty card was faced with a charge of 19 sovs for breakfast + disappointed...

What a decline this hotel has had. Stayed many times but I don’t remember the staff being so grumpy, reception staff to the bar staff, no smiles, no how can I help you. The room needs updating, toilet seat hanging off, Bathroom not clean. Poor quality for a holiday inn.

Hotel was ok till my return when it took over 3/4 hour for them to find my key. In the loads of boxes. A manager walked in and basically stated he had better things to do Then my keys found elastic banded and broken in two No apologise disgraceful stating they made not there was damaged to start Not true and we managed to get broken part in lock to finally get home very late that evening Would not use hotel again as bad customer service
