Holiday Inn London - Brentford Lock

Wow what a difference from the last HI experience I had! Just had a lovely 2 night stay whilst working in the area. Lacey at reception was wonderful. I was upgraded to one of the premium rooms with a balcony overlooking the canal and it was fabulous. Huge room, spotlessly clean, lots of great amenities and a very comfy bed The balcony was amazing and it was so relaxing to sit out there in the sunshine in the evening with a glass of wine and people/barge watch Cool watching the inbound Heathrow aircraft too Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and regularly restocked. Safe underground parking onsite was very convenient. Staff all polite and friendly. 10/10 can’t wait to return

We were staying for just a night to attend an event at the nearby Musical Museum. Issac checked us in very professionally and kindly stated our room was ready even though we were a little early. Room was very clean and the linens were fresh and of a good quality. We had a little balcony overlooking the lock which was nice to sit out on in the sunshine. Stand out element of the stay was the service from Mark in the bar. It was a busy evening, with what seemed like an entire airline crew landing - but Mark was convivial, knowledgable and polite. He took time to speak to all the guests warmly. Two elderly gents who didn't speak English as a first language needed help, and although busy he was super caring and gentle and got them all the things they wanted. What a professional fellow. Just wanted to let him know his efforts were not unnoticed. Many thanks.
