Perfect location and great staff

Great staff, nice rooms, superb 5 stars.

Fantastic location for bars, restaurants, tube and 10-15 minute walk to the Albert Hall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and although on the small side, perfectly adequate. Comfortable beds, bright clean bathroom, tea/coffee, bottle of water on arrival - no complaints from any of our party. We all commented we would definitely stay at this hotel again. One thing to note, there are a lot of narrow corridors and I think a couple of staircases; we did end up going up and down a couple of times and that was before any alcohol was consumed!
