Lovely clean hotel good Breakfast lovely room good for public transport only thing that let it down was no Air conditioning. Fan was in the room but it was still very hot. Definitely need to install it.

We found Katrina at the front desk was exceptionally helpful Katrina was so helpful when my husband needed his glasses repaired also with a train route we needed We have not experienced such a happy helpful lady as Katrina on our trip so far

This is the second time we have come and we once again appreciated the location, the variety of the breakfast, and especially the availability of the very helpful and attentive staff. Special mention to the front desk, not forgetting all the others
