My advise is DO NOT STAY here, we raised a number of concerns regarding health and safety as well as noise and cleanliness, they were not able to resolve our issues at the time, offered us a very small discount, which was not adequate, gave us an e mail address which has never been responded to. currently lodged with bookong.com I will not upload photos at this time as I am still hopeful the hotel will respond with a solution.

This hotel is a scam - the rooms are uninhabitable and nobody would accept the condition but the business appears to rely on the no cancellation policy and therefore they sustain revenue from bookings made even if rooms remain vacant

The hotel is under renovations and rather than closing the hotel while this is being completed they continue to take bookings. The entire place smelled of adhesive solvent, filled with dust and was a construction site daily! It is a complete health and safety risk for any guest during the renovations. We asked for a refund immediately after we checked in and had seen the room. We did not receive reply, despite chasing hourly. The following morning we were offered a different room which we very reluctantly accepted as there was no indication or any offer of a refund being provided. Overall the staff on the ground tried to help but “their management” were nowhere to be seen and did not respond!
