This hotel is appalling. The room bore no resemblance to the photos on the website. It was run down. Very rusty radiator/towel rail, TV didn't work. Pathetic amount of plates, pans, cutlery and utensils. No-one at the reception when we arrived. Very poor value for money.

Published room photos and description of facilities bear no resemblance to reality. Avoid.

Positive first - had no choices of hotel in Hammersmith all were full - was cheap for area but you get what you pay for. Negative (plenty) very very tired hotel. Very noisy, buzzing noise going on all the time, not sure where from. Carpets stained and very grubby. Generally did not feel clean. I could go on but you get the gist.
