Staff were incredibly friendly, and I had a wonderful stay. The room was cosy, and I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade. Mohammed was especially kind and helpful, arranging the late-night upgrade and recommending some great food options. A big thank you to Mohammed for going above and beyond and making my stay so enjoyable. Kudos to the team! The only suggestion would be to consider keeping the bar and restaurant open a little later, as they currently close quite early.

The location was amazing. The staff were lovely. We were celebrating our engagement and were upgraded and had a card in the room. The room was immaculately clean and well decorated. The bar and restaurant looked great but we did not have time to check it out. Would recommend to anyone staying in Shoreditch!

highly recommend: wonderful lobby with a lively atmosphere; kind helpful staff; comfortable bed with luxurious sheets & pillows; spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful; lovely products.
