I recently visited for The Bridgerton Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough Grill and it was an absolute delight. The surroundings were exquisite and the selection of pastries and savouries were divine. Every detail was thoughtful and made for a truly memorable atternoon. A special mention goes to Andrea, whose gentlemanly manners and genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. He was attentive, charming, and professional throughout. We left feeling exceptionally well looked after. Outstanding service can truly elevate an experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this afternoon tea to anyone looking for a classic and memorable experience.

I have stayed in numerous high end hotels in capital cities over the last 20 years and several in London. The Lanesborough takes the crown. From the moment the doorman opened the taxi door, I knew I was going to be so well looked after, I would relax completely. I was right: the staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and atuned to our requirements . I love the excellence in the decor, the warm welcome at reception, and the attention to detail in every area. For example, when I asked for a ginger mixer in the bar I was offered and got a generous serve of freshly squeezed juice. . Absolutely every request we made was met with a similar level of going above and beyond. The concierge was the real thing: totally trustworthy and knowledgeable Our butler, Shaom , was standout magnificent: he seemed to work out our needs and preferences in minutes and pitched the communication just right. He was there the minute we needed anything and easy to be with , yet unobtrusive and very respectful of privacy and boundaries. He created a feeling of complete safety and mutual respect while being utterly present and available. . Characteristic of Lansborough, If we asked for anything he delivered beyond expectations. When I asked for a kettle, and two kinds of milk : it came with beautiful cups. The equally lovely milk servers had ekegant printed labels on their handles, differentiating them. The room itself was gorgeous. I never knew I love chandeliers. Now I do. A few years ago we stayed in the West End in a hotel at a similar price level. I decided that perhaps London was no longer for me: too noisy and crowded with a much lower level of service and decor than I preferred. The Landsborough has restored my faith in London: partly the pleasure and relative quiet of Hyde Park, but mostly this beautiful sense of home, comfort and excellence. The hydrotherapy pool was great also. Congratulations to the staff: every single one has been outstanding and congratulations to the smart person or people who chose them. It is a high end hotel but this place delivers And delivers and delivers again. One day here is better than a week anywhere else I have stayed in London.

Was gifted a Virgin experience Bridgerton Afternoon Tea as a retirement gift and so decided to use on our Wedding anniversary. What a lovely experience ! Seated in a beautiful airy room which was cool on such a hot day . Service was great from start to finish . Special Shout out to Pedro , Ilays ( whose description of food was divine ) and Jalif (sorry if spelt name incorrectly ) all of whom went above and beyond . The sandwiches were delicious and fresh, with different flavour combinations . My favourite being the harissa chicken . Pastries were beautifully presented and very tasty . Scones were fab. Never looks a great deal of food but it was and we were able to take the leftovers home to enjoy another day . Hotel is beautiful and it was a joy to spend a couple of hours there . Will definitely be back .
