I stay here often for business trips and it’s starting to feel like home - beautifully appointed, clean and the service is truly 5 star. The housekeeping, bar and food service, front desk staff and everyone in between are fabulous. The door team - Michael, Mohammed, Emmanuel are always ready to greet me with a smile and barely ever let me lift a finger with my bags! My own shopping bag broke today and Michael found me a new one without me even having to ask. They anticipate your needs before you even have to ask. I look forward to staying time and time again for so many reasons but especially the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at The Montcalm Mayfair. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well located, but what really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to George, Mike, and Max from the concierge team. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
