The Richmond Gate Hotel

Richmond family holiday. We booked two rooms for two adult sons and parents from Australia. The gym, sauna, spa and steam facilities were 5 star. The restaurant food could use improvement. It was very ordinary on its selection. But, the restaurant staff especially. Peter the barman were very knowledgeable and professional making cocktails and advice on the types of scotch. Special call out to Ash and the team who were wonderful. Couldn't help us enough. Very professional and very efficient team. Beds extremely comfortable and lovely clean rooms Loved our stay. We will be back.

We had a lovely time! The location in Richmond is great, and we enjoyed a nice room upgrade. The spa is impressive and super relaxing, definitely a highlight of the trip. All the staff were really lovely, and the breakfast was very nice, too. We’d definitely come back!

We had the most incredible stay at the Harbour hotel. The room was lovely, the spa was amazing and great breakfast!
