This review is coming from a place of much gratitude. I do not write reviews, but Soho Hotel staff and rooms are exceptional. We visited with family on August 10th. They matched my expectation of hospitality and comfort when compared to a five star experience in India, Everything from room, decor, service to food was superlative. They were all so warm and helpful. Concierge went out of their way to make reservation for us for an afternoon tea experience. One small area of improvement will be to change breakfast Menu every few days to offer more options to vegetarian. But all in all I would love to go London again just to stay their .

We loved- Stunning decor, friendly staff, the room was tastefully decorated and bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was great in the hot weather. The location is so central. Although the hotel is in a very busy area it is so peaceful and quiet inside. We didn’t like- • The breakfast restaurant was very crowded and chaotic and the eggs we ordered were raw. A service charge was added onto our bill and only when I questioned it, then I was told it was discretionary and I asked for it to be removed. When I am paying for 2 rooms in a 5 star hotel which is expensive I expect 5 star service it shouldn't come with an additional charge it is included in the price. Please consider removing this practice, this is the reason I have stopped staying in The Londoner hotel. It is very off putting.

An oasis of serenity in the heart of bustling SOHO. Beautifully appointed common areas on the ground level. We had a “bookcase” king bed room that was spacious, very quiet and lovely. Staff were all polished and professional. Breakfast service was delicious and served on beautiful Wedgewood chinaware. All in all a positive stay — I would recommend. We booked through the Chase Visa “Edit” program and the value was quite good.
