Trinity House Hotel

My husband and I went to London to visit our granddaughter, who was studying at the University of London for spring semester 2025. We wanted a hotel near her flat and the Trinity House Hotel fit the bill. No more than a ten minute walk to meet up with her, good proximity to the Blackhorse Rd tube station, and lovely accommodations. We had a first floor room, which was nice to avoid stairs. Room, beds, other amenities totally up to snuff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Firstly the listing is totally misleading as there is absolutely no breakfast on offer at all. On our first night a radiator pipe connector worked loose and our room started flooding at 3am. We called the owner but she didn't seem to actually care, it was their and our luck that I managed to close a valve to prevent further water damage. This was highly stressful and didn't exactly lead to a good nights sleep. I have asked for some compensation but at the time of writing this review still have been ignored. The only positive aspects of the place are the location, it's a ten minute walk to the tube and parking is available off road which is big enough for an SUV.

Terrible the staff our very rude the heaters are never on working, the rooms have leaks in them, the bedding is absolutely terrible will never stay here again cheap but absolutely terrible if you need a good nights kip. Also rooms are very terrible and cramped.
