W14 Hotel

Only stayed one night, but after working all day at a hall where the temperature was 33 C how blissful was it to enjoy a clean tidy room with powerful unthrottled aircon - in fact I overdid it and woke up with the room at a slightly chilly 16 C. Hotel seems well used and shows a few minor signs of wear and tear, but friendly, 24/7 reception and good value. I much enjoyed my short stay.

The hotel is only a five minute walk away from West Kensington tube station and it is a good base for visiting both London and Richmond. There are also a number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The reception staff was kind and helpful. However if space is needed, best to avoid the single rooms which are tiny and it would’ve been difficukt to fit in more than a small carry-on bag. Good value for money in the end.

Very quiet!!! and convenient! location. Comfortable beds, enough room (by UK standards). You can even have breakfast on the spot. Very friendly, sympathetic employees. Located next to 2 subway lines: blue and green, so it is very convenient to get to all attractions and Heathrow.
