The room was clean and the decor fresh the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous all the facilities were explained to us and Breakfast had been pre-booked and also an evening meal package. As we had a long day, we went to our room to freshen up. There are tea making facilities with proper tea as in Yorkshire teabags and sachets of coffee and ample milk and also some Dean’s shortbread biscuits. The evening meal, my parter had Bream which came with vegetables and an exceptionally nice sauce. I had the korma curry which came with naan bread and rice both of which were delicious and when we’re away, we always share a desert. The meal was very substantial and there was hardly enough room for dessert and we had the Lemon posset which was chantilly cream strawberry compote mango and a truly amazing posset. The chefs Martin and Jordan deserve to be complimented on an absolutely delicious evening meal. The breakfast was plentiful and well done. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Yorkshire
