A great experience, polite and respectful reception staff. Clean room, fantastic shower and bathroom. Good view from window. Tea and coffee making available in room, great value, comfortable bed, will stay again.

Again the Clayton hotel in Leeds gave us a pleasant stay from arrival to leaving.. We had a problem with our TV which couldn't be sorted so we was moved to another room by the lovely lady called Grace who is an asset to the hotel. She is friendly. helpful & cares about making your stay perfect. Rooms are nice & have a modern bathroom.. Breakfast is good with a nice choice.. Food in the bar is nice.. My only niggle was the machine at the exit barrier in the car park wasn't working & people was backing up to get out as you was having to press buzzer to be able to leave.. Nothing major but people were getting frustrated.. All in all we had a good stay again & we will return as this is our no 1 for visiting Leeds & come at least twice a year..

Stayed at this hotel recently, absolutely wonderful, from checking in Grace and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and clean with comfy quality beds, great Atmos in the bar and Restaurant and the massive buffet breakfast was amazing, there parking garage was easy to use, would highly recommend this hotel
