Great Victoria

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Beware of the poorly kept hygiene and bed bugs at this hotel, i was bitten all over after staying one night at this hotel. We came down as a family from London to attend a wedding the next day and had booked 3 rooms. we had to change 2 rooms, 1 due to It being dusty and the other smelling like sewer. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed at this hotel for one night following a theatre visit and I really can't fault it for the money we paid, yes the breakfast could have been better but was ok, our room was spacious and clean, very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful asked for a fan due to extreme heat and in room when we returned later in the evening. Very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend, make up your own minds and ignore bad reviews.

Stayed here for one night, staff were nice enough. The rooms was quiet depressing, the bed was very uncomfortable and very small the bedding was very thin. This has to been the worst night sleep I’ve had in a while, the mattress need updating asap.
