HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS CITYCENTRE

I just want to say what a wonderful bunch of people the staff were so nice and very accommodating, with all your stays needs, breakfast was fresh every morning really nice, bar was lovely and staff again what makes it, we were over for the international snooker tournament. The hotel been so close next door was also a gift. I want to make a special mention to the staff from my first moment Ezibella at the desk "Mark Mark", then to the two wonderful ladies Rhydeon (Red), and Tilly truly lovely people thank you all for looking after us crazy bunch so well.

What planet are your management on when they think SCRAMBLED eggs are part of a breakfast. ? Not being able to have a choice of fried or poached leaves me feeling like a 4 year old baby. This seams petty but to me a breakfast is not a breakfast with scrambled baby eggs. Who agrees with me ??

Terrible experience all I wanted was a shower and some sleep, had to move rooms 3 times because of the smell.staff were very good bud the accommodation was terrible, I think the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
