Hollins Hall Marriott Hotel & Country Club

Had a lovely few days here with leons coach holidays.hotel Is very impressive as we drove up the drive .nice grounds .our room was really nice .very comfortable ,bed was comfy didn't like the pillows but that personal preference really clean and had everything you needed.the food for us was good . breakfast was tasty but hot plates are needed.the staff we found to be pleasant .the service was good so all in all we had a lovely stay thank you

✅Beautiful location, super comfortable bed, lovely evening meal in the restaurant, good choices at breakfast. Excellent staff - particularly Sophie ( reception), Karen ( breakfast restaurant) and Steph ( spa). ❌ Very slow and erratic internet connection, torn carpet, filthy windows, no USB charger ports in room, no bedroom telephone, no housekeeping service ( for a 4 day stay 😥), no air conditioning ( the fan in the room was extremely slow and served no purpose at all), no fridge in room. I would consider visiting again, but only if some of the ❌ points were rectified.

Sat 13th June 2026. We had our wedding celebration at the hotel. Tanya and her entire team were excellent. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. We even had a few guests who couldn't attend due to illness on the day, and the team ensured that the table settings were altered and there were no empty places. From welcome, to the actual ceremony, to drinks and photographs and then back in for the afternoon reception, Tanya corralled everyone smoothly, efficiently and without any fuss. Everything flowed seamlessly and the entire team were lovely, friendly and genuinely happy to help. We cannot thank them enough for making our wedding celebration better than we could have hoped for. Thank you to them all.
