Mercure Bradford Bankfield

Location and surroundings good. Stay poor. Room very tired, too warm but cleanish. Not a good nights sleep due to noisy Graduation Party going on until early hours. Food poor and staff disorganised in dining area. Also food not hot enough and not quick enough to replace items which were popular. Staff friendly enough but not experienced for large bookings.

This hotel is awful, tired, hot, not enough staff and also they state they have a fitness centre but they do not. Reception told me that I could drive to use Nuffield 5 min drive away, which I did but he forgot to tell me I have to pay £5 ! I only booked here as it had a gym. Reception say they keep telling management but it never changes .

Room clean , bed fresh. Breakfast was satisfactory . Missing a bath towel requested one arrive in two minutes We are ladies in our sixties we felt safe enough . Very quiet . Yes work needed on rooms and communal areas but for what we paid it was great value for money and you could not have had more friendly helpful staff.
