Jurys Inn Bradford

This is a very well-run hotel. Everything works well. The hotel is well located, in the centre, for Bradford's various attractions. The check-in process is helpful, and seamless with actually getting into one's room. The rooms are of a good size, very clean and practically laid out. They have everything one needs, and daily servicing is good. Breakfast is very good indeed, excellent selection, and the Restaurant and Bar for dinner etc are very useful. What is especially notable is how helpful the staff are - I had a TV remote problem and it was solved instantly by the receptionist. And pricing is fair. Overall highly recommended,

Room was shocking. Basically did feel like it had been cleaned. Rips in carpet, bath panel damaged, can’t even amazing what was splattered along the side of the bed base and next to the bin under the desk. A lamp with didn’t even have a uk plug was on the desk as to no us. Not even a USB in the room. Didn’t sleep under the duvet as I was so uncomfortable.

This hotel is let down by the housekeeping. One of the two bath towels had clearly been used, clumps of matted hair left on the bathroom floor and mould around the window frame. The hotel would also from employing some friendly and welcoming staff. The only positive I can think of is the hotel is convenient for the Alhambra Theatre and the city centre more generally.
