The Three Acres Inn & Restaurant

Stayed overnight on one of the promotional ‘sleep over’ packages Room was lovely. Very comfortable and bathroom was gorgeous. Would probably try and ask for one not overlooking the road though as it’s busy and noisy if windows are open. Not our first time eating here and food was as good as I remember. The banana, dark chocolate ganache in particular was incredible. Can’t say enough about the staff, always so friendly and so on top of everything as well. Would say the only small let down was the breakfast. Fine as part of the package but if I was paying menu prices I would not be massively happy. My one slice of sourdough for my eggs/salmon was on a diet and my husband’s full English just lacked. All ‘fine’ just not up to 3Acres standards IMO. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We really how we can come back again

Cosy and elegant venue with attentive staff and delicious food. Fairly standard British menu with pricing that demands more than standard execution when it comes down to eating. It was good food, tho not exceptional. But overall enjoyed our whole experience and will visit again.

I stayed with my wife to celebrate her birthday. It was a Sunday night package deal that included Sunday lunch, overnight and breakfast. I have to say, I couldn’t find fault. Everything was so nice. The food , the staff and the accommodation. I’ll definitely be back for Sunday dinner, which was so nice. I definitely recommend food for any occasion and the overnight for couples. A lovely place.
