The Craven Heifer

We had a lovely stay at The Craven Heifer. The room was amazing with a roll top bath. It's spotlessly clean and very spacious with a king size bed. Chloe and Evie are so friendly and can't do enough their a credit to the public house. You won't get a better breakfast anywhere !. By far one of the best we've had . We loved it so thank you.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at Tithe Barn a couple of miles away at Bolton Abbey. We stayed in the cricket themed Chuffin’ Eck room which overlooked the car park at the rear; the room was plenty spacious enough for the two of us, especially the bathroom which was a great size, the room had plenty of wardrobe space too, and a fan for if it got too warm. There’s a private entrance to the rooms so you don’t have to come and go via the pub entrance. Breakfast was really lovely with lots to choose from, with all cooked options made to order - plenty of cereal and fruit too. The full English breakfast was great, compliments to the chef! Would definitely recommend The Craven Heifer if ever needing accommodation around the Bolton Abbey/Ilkley area, it’s a real gem.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good with a varied menu and excellent value for money. The accommodation rooms were individual, spacious, well equipped and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
