Hilton Leeds City (I)

The staff at the Hotel are absolutely amazing. Me and my partner have stayed at this hotel multiple times as the service is brilliant every time, and the staff are absolutely lovely! Previously we have stayed and I was feeling unwell the morning we were due to check out, the staff let us have a later check out time with no extra cost and were happy to help with anything we needed during our stay. This stay, the staff remembered us and have been nothing but kind. Kae especially has gone above and beyond every time that we have stayed here, and is so lovely. Whenever we have stayed the staff have acted with such professionalism, especially when we have seen them dealing with difficult guests, and the staff have done everything they could, every time that we have stayed to make sure that we have a good time. We will continue coming to this Hotel as the staff are the biggest asset to this hotel and they have continued to be brilliant. The rooms are all lovely, and the hotel is in a brilliant central location to the town.

The reception and maintenance team were quick to respond to a fault with my TV, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I’m very grateful. Thank you for your care and consideration, Kae. I highly recommend a stay at the Hilton Leeds
