Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre

I stayed Monday through Friday in June to attend a conference at Leeds Beckett University. I requested a quiet room and got a lovely, air conditioned one on the far side from the dual carriageway. I dined on one night and it was lovely. Service very efficient, as it was at breakfast too. It was lovely to chat to Izabela and Nikki during my visit who also gave me great recommendations 🇮🇪🇵🇱 Thank you for your friendly and personable service Kind regards, Patrick

Unfortunately, my wife was booked into this hotel during the recent UK heatwave. She was looking forward to her air-conditioned room (as advertised), but upon checking in, she was told that all in-room AC units were broken. Their only solutions were a basic fan or a refund if she didn't like it. Your comfort and convenience are clearly the least of their concerns. They should have had the decency to inform guests immediately when such a major issue occurred during a heatwave, rather than expecting them to scramble for alternative accommodation at 7 PM when checking in.

Harry is so welcome staff . Nice room and very good staff. This is second time I came back.
