Ibis Leeds Centre Hotel

I’d like to make a complaint about the service I received at the bar at around 10:00 pm. I was standing at the bar waiting to be served, but the staff member was more interested in looking at his phone than serving customers. He could clearly see that I was waiting, but instead of acknowledging me or taking my order, he continued using his phone and ignored me. I don’t mind if staff need to use their phone for work, but customers shouldn’t be left standing there waiting while they’re distracted. It wasn’t a good experience and made me feel like I wasn’t being acknowledged. I hope this is looked into, as it reflects poorly on the level of customer service.

Great location and easy to walk to city centre. No parking but parking is 5 min walk (NCP) budget friendly with no frills hotel. Rooms were basic but clean. Great value for money.

Absolute gem of a city centre hotel. I hadn't expected much as it was very cheap but the staff were lovely, very easy check in and check out, rooms were easy to find. The room was lovely, very neat and very clean, air con (it was 37 degrees out when I stayed), and a small bathroom with a huge shower. Kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits. Massive comfy bed. I only stayed one night for my work summer party but if I ever need to stay in Leeds again itll be here without a doubt.
